It's like I posted this 5 up.
The POS is working fine. What everyone fails to do is actually read. It takes 24 hours for stake to start. So while you all sitting with it in the pools, smarter people were moving it to wallets. The more coins in wallets ready to stake the better. However this coin has a design flaw that it takes 24 hours to stake. So the first paying block is now only ready to stake. Everyone will need another 24 hours for the coin to stake.
Nothing is broken, all is in correct working order.

It's working okay for me. Make sure your rig is setup to mine X11. I suspect you have it setup to mine X13 or some other algorithm.
Someone is mining a huge number of invalid shares on there.
Mine is mining with no problems. have 0 invalid. Was just curious about some of the others...
