I've reserved russian translation really early and even emailed my request, as it was described.

Much later I noticed there is google request form and russian translation is already taken. Can you please comment on this? I really wanted to do this translation because it's interesting project and I track DOTA e-sports scene for many years.

If you mean our system's network. We have some protocol to safely our network. We use virtual enviroment on amazon aws with their security services.
