I think Glt coin is nice, developers always fix everything.
This Coin is bad just because of FUD or fake news.

I think low price for this coin is Good.

Why is this coin so cheap? $0.005 for a coin with Segwit, active development team, a limited number of coins (roughly 21 million). I honestly have an incredibly tough time understanding why it is so cheap - is anyone able to shed some light on that? What am I missing? What did I overlook?

SegWit is included and will be activated on the first November 2017.
The Deadline for SegWit is the first March 2018.

After this Deadline the Network just will accept SegWit Blocks and old blocks will be rejected.

Some Informations for the new Wallets:

Please note that it's not longer needed to compile daemons for your own System.
The Linux tar.gz. includes now full compiled globaltoken-qt, globaltoken-cli, globaltoken-tx and globaltokend
Anyways, if you like to build unix for your own, use always stable release trees, not the master tree!

Now some small statement from the GLT Community about the bad words some people told about us.

All Wallets are clean and never included a Coinstealer!
This was just a false-positive from some Antivirus Engines.
We already clarified that Kaspersky also confirmed that false positive, so please stop spreading bad words about us, and don't post that we are Scam.

With the new Wallets you shouldn't receive any Coinstealer Warnings, it's newly fresh forked Bitcoin Code, with SegWit Support.

that was an error and had been corrected...GLT is the coin for 2017 and beyond

This is a plan to hide their scam. Don't fall for this. This is all talk to create hype. The whole crypto community knows what this is. All it takes is a Google search of glt scam

There will be major upgrades to The GlobalToken which will be released late July or early August. All users are to take note of this and prepare  accordingly.
The following are the upgrades:
1. Maiden wallets for Mac OS
2. Major Upgrade to Windows wallet.
3. Upgraded android wallets already on playstore will be made available for download on GitHub
4. SegWit will be integrated into GlobalToken to make it better

Please take note that most users will have to do nothing. Users with the current windows wallet will have to upgrade to the new wallet as soon as possible.

SegWit is now integrated and will be activated on first November 2017, and the Deadline of Activation is first March 2018.

After March 2018 the Blockchain will just accept SegWit blocks and all old blocks will be rejected – so please Update your Node

Please take note that MOST users using android wallets and those with their $GLT stored on exchanges will have to do nothing. However if you are running V 1 Wallets please Upgrade to V2  as soon as possible

i only found heuristic scans that were all pretty okay for a wallet.

There was a virus for 8 months on several scans. EVERYONE saw it. The scans are still available. There's dozens of articles and post with clear evidence of this scam. It did not just say a miner. Don't let this guy fool you.

The virus scan were showing "miner" inside wallet - and there is a miner in the wallet as in almost any wallet.
and 1 False positive.
another 56 scanners say its clean! and thats what it is.

whatever the wallet is removed and will be replaced within a few days with a new one including segwit support.

There never was a virus and there is no virus.

Just cause anybody on twitter says clouds are black they still are not.

This is a scam. It has been exposed across Twitter, Reddit and all kinds of crypto news sites. You have a coin stealer within the wallet. Several scans have proved it as recently as July 20th 2017. This is A BAD COIN.

Windows wallet is just now being reworked - cause we had a false positive from virustotal.
