they are testing the release of the file. announcement on update will be soon. Maybe.I heard you can get a bootleg file from GoxCoinBuilder.com , it is almost the same, but you can get it now, you have to pay a premium or discount, i forget which

I just found a great hidden feature in the Goxcoin Qt client!
This enables Fractional Reserve Banking. Once enabled, you will be able to send as many coins as you want, using IOUs as inputs. Balance will be adjusted accordingly and use red color for negative balances.
What an amazing coin!

Workaround: customers are "not that pissed" but still no coin can get out.
(Those transactions there lately are just final tests... with a small testing amount of about 20 BTC each, all other coins were transfered to the cold storage.)
