In the past I used to do better at Suprnova. Though I also could say I did better at dwarfpool too. But I have not been mining GRS too much lately. When I did better at Nova there were usually no more than five other miners so and I had the second highest hash rate. At that time I was like the 9th or 10th highest at MPH. Looking at my GRS wallet my last payout from Nova was in March. The highest pool hash rate does not always mean you are going to get more.

Recently more new people have just found out about GRS, and most of them were hooked by the amount of advanced updates instantly. It just shows that awareness will bring it to new heights because it has not really any competitiors on a technical level.

Do any of the DEVS or anyone in here know about a rebranding of this coin? I read somewhere that they were planning a rebranding around the summer of 2018? Is this true? I really like this coin and I see it always keeping up to date with the newest technologies that are tested on a few coins. LIke Segwit and Lightening Network. This shows that this crypto is very serious. Again if anyone knows any information about the rebranding that would be much apprciated.

My concern is that that since I have started reading, I found this - No ASIC currently exists for Groestl
This is where the idea that anyone can effectively mine is secured in my limited understanding/combined with the effective algorithm( massive hash rates would make the smaller based mining very ineffective surely??)

Now I understand he refers to an academic paper written quite a few years ago, but the principle has been implemented for Myr-Groestl https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.23772292
Is GRS still immune to this.

For now I continue to read.... and hopefully learn

Lesson number 1: do not trust anybody in crypto. DYOR (Do your own research)

And no there is no Asics developed yet for GRS.
