This coin is very unpredictable... The pump is massive
Yes, I'm amazed recent massive action. Looking great and good future of Groestelcoin ahead. There another all time high from Groestlcoin (GRS) and hitting almost $0.71+

I think this coin wants to reach $ 1 as soon as possible

Guys, what do you think about the ICO? how promissing the project is?

I think you posted on the wrong thread. There is no ICO.

He didn't post in the wrong thread, he's just trying to increase his post count.

not everyone is pathetic like you  Grin

More seriously, I switched all my rigs on this coin. Nice project.

Methinks GRS will surpass VTC in the next three months and establish itself as the #1 ASIC Resistant coin.

GRS has the coolest artwork in crypto too -

by tech side I think this is one of the most progressive coins for now. And taking into account how devs are working, I think it always will be like that.

Hi.

Im trying to mine groestl on dwarfpool with my 1070 gtx, but it doesnt seem to get a connection.

heres my batch:
ccminer.exe -q -s 1 -a groestl -o stratum+tcp://erebor.dwarfpool.com:3345 -u FkB7ycCdL33FQms4SbjbmLGaEVuxxvbQQb -p 1

timed out after a few minutes.

any help?

thx

OK! so i got the miner set up now and it looks like im mining, but my GPU isnt doing anything at all - its just sitting on idle mode.

also im only getting about 2500kh/s - which is pretty low for a 1070 GTX. :-(

This is not actually a good argument for this. It is possible that 1 big commit can have far much more code than 5 small commits.

I am not talking about commits. I am talking about several projects that github consists of (the 30 wallets and libraries we have worked on since 3 years). Techwise we have everything already in place that other coins are still working on.

offtopic: i would prefer the 5 small but well documented commits than 1 ugly big commit

there is a reason why DMD Diamond did switch from (groestl)POW/POS hybrid
to pure POS3 + masternode technology https://bit.diamonds/
because POW is outdated way to secure a chain with waste of valuable electric energy

Reason why DMD switched is not because of the groestl algo. Don't trick users here.
POS will NEVER be better than POW.

Github is dead.

Compare the the 33 repositories https://github.com/vertcoin against 112 repositories here https://github.com/groestlcoin
Techwise GRS is far ahead of ANY altcoin.
