Well the diff is actualy nice and coins are created at nice rate. I think that at this amount of coins we could see nice trading rates. But I think we will wait some time for exchange. Hopefully later the price is high when entering the exchanger

Yes, PoW changes to PoS every 10080 blocks, during PoW phase - PoS is disabled and vice versa! After the PoS Mining takes place 10080 blocks PoW will turn on again! and so on!

1. PoW does not end completely, it only turns off with the onset of the PoS phase.2. During the PoW phase, the PoS does not work.
3. This system excludes the possibility of the appearance of a monoplist - the holder of the main money supply!
