Try adding +0.5 or something after your address to set minimum diff. However it should have adjusted automatically after a while.

http://h5c.mine-coin.de/ seems to be on a wrong fork. I have only node from OP added in my solo miner, and it syncs me to block #8192, while on the pool it's 8157. Btw altmine.net showing correct 8192 block.
