hi all. I had somewhere a secret password at check nothing is indicated except the usual password.. now I can't withdraw money. support is not responding. where can I go? this looks like a Scam.

Ive faced same problem; missed out the ICO last round and now unable to withdraw. The admin block my withdrawal request. Currently trying for 2nd times. but still pending. Ive request it on 20 Dec 2017. Integrity is not their concerns.
