The dev is aware of the mining problem and is working on a solution. Making mining profitable is a main goal. I certainly don't speak for him or the House as I'm just a lowly seat owner, but I'm quite confident the slow mining problem will be solved soon.
Yes. If we open a multipool we will need miners to power it.
I am for giving out the other 50% of coins to miners as POW and setting a reasonable stake. This way we will have a healthy multipool when we transition to POS.
If we do this we can increase the coin rate because the mining period will be shorter.

Hi, I saw this page last night and knew i wanted to register, but it was really late and I didn't have time. I'm on a mountain biking trip and was out mountain biking all day... I saw registration is still open for another 24 hours after launch, does that mean I can still send 0.1 BTC and reserve my seat? I registered on the forum with user name zeMan. Thanks!
It was 24 hours from the time the coin opened yesterday at 6PM EST. Seat closed at 6PM EST time today. You were a little to late.

Sorry man, you missed the 24 hour deadline by a few hours. Keep an eye on this thread, because my understanding is that a House member can sell their seat if they decide to. So perhaps that would be a way in for you in the future.
I would always be open to another fundraiser in the future once we have proof of concept. After the Titan is set up we can have another share offering at a higher price because there would be less risk at that point. I want as many Titans as possible backing our multipool and generating revenue.
