Releasing more addnodes would help, do getpeerinfo in the console to find all of the nodes you are connected to and post them up here.
The difficulty adjustment is not suitable for gpu usage, but there's not much that can be done with that at this point.

Stupid question. I have wallet on very old computer. I want dig by minerd on other machine.

All blocks that I have mined recently have later become orphaned. Additionally, most blocks that I mine are rejected.
