so for miners to get blocks. players in the game need to bring bounty to respawn area or DIE!!! when players do that miners get bounty.. hope this helps u guys

Not true. There's always a 1 coin/block bounty, sometimes more if a player registers, dies or finds a coin, and blocks are found independently of the game.
