i didn't expect this project quickly entered into Biki Exchange so far Biki a good exchange and the trading volume is quite high , enthusiastic traders are very interested especially if the project has good value and proggress.

I couldn't call it unfair. There are lots of big projects that held a signature campaign here with only high ranks involved. This is the first time I saw someone got a problem with that. It's not an obligation of any company to accept all ranks. The brand also accepted many users during its first signature campaign. I saw their other bounties is accepting low ranks, they can join there instead.

they have the prerogative to accept what level of user they want as this is their project. also, if you can see several sig campaigns promoting gambling sites, they are really more into hero/legendary levels. I don't see this as unfair as they are the ones paying those participants and if they see that their campaign will be effective by hiring those kind of users, then they can do so.
anyway, i hope they can achieve their goals here, getting some users to use their platform.
