We have purchased awhile another URL and have planned another website. He just wanted to make a quick buck, but was never approved. We have a clear Direction ahead of us. Again, there was was mishaps along the way during the process but we are still chugging along and working to get it to relaunch.

and to back you up, I was in the IRC when he VOLUNTEERED to make a website. No body talked at that time about splitting up the donation fund, nor was there bounties discussed. He posted his personal work, and ppl were like yea nice. go to the thread and let us know what you can offer.

From reading this thread and the responses of the people who are in charge of this take over it doesn't seem like there is much direction for this coin. One person makes it sound like there is some great things in the works and then another comes and sounds like their throwing their hands up in the air and giving up.

If donations are going to come in for this everyone needs to pull together as a team and show some confidence in this and act like there is a solid plan. So far it looks like a circus.

I think we can do together a good community, now is no time to dispute, it is time to work.
Full members should contribute and to make incognitocoin, a credible Altcoin.
So guys ought to speak, slowly but surely. Try to reach agreements, and make a road map.
I personally believe in you.

i really wanted to keep this simple. one point of contact. one person providing community organisation, planning and managing the project with others support. once development got under way i planned then to have community members who made valuable contributions in any form be placed in recognized positions as contact for part of incogniticoin foundation. i had an entire project plan for this coin to help out. i opted myself as the only person i trust and hoped that the community would have put their faith in my direction and sincerity. as part of my dedication to my offers i was willing to use a forum moderator as escrow so the community to send funds to for paying for services implementation if they felt safer not having me manage the dev fund. i will state categorically that it is not my sole intention to control the dev fund, but to manage it safely for everyone involved pending their approval. as always how we proceed depends on investor support. i see many buying coins, but without development this coin will only fluctuate between 200-500 satoshi range if that by my prediction. the development needs to happen if u want to see values over 2-5k.. so community members should consider seriously if they want to get this done and focus first on investing via donations.

all is halted atm from my understanding. please ignore any previous donation addresses i have posted until a decision is made by all of you. i repeat.. do not send any donations to any of the addresses i have posted as of yet unless u are confident and comfortable with me managing development payment attribution. if u do send money to any of my listed donation addresses and we never make up enough to pay the dev all donations will be refunded to original senders' addresses.

i would just like to publicly say that regarding this altercation.. i have never received any coins as donation from this user as some may have assumed i did from his post. i did provide a donation address but was never sent anything. it is ok i am not requesting anything either nor demanding that he lives up to what he said. he is entitled to change his mind.

regarding chipmadness' claim, i think it would be wise to provide him some form of compensation if you guys are indeed going to move forward with the project since he obviously has the resources to provide hosting and regardless of whether he did the site in 24hrs or 2 minutes.. it gave the community something to show that there was indeed progress and development going on in the background. you also agreed to let him keep the site running for the community at least until it can be replaced by a better design. just my 2 cents. if u guys are collecting monies then fair is fair i think. wont you want to hire his hosting services anyway once u get things done? think this through.

Just to let everyone know, I was the one who gave the donation specifically to give it straight to our dev who will implement our coin with all it's features. This member provided us a cookie cutter copy paste website which anyone could have done in an hour with a template. We have real members here creating the website out of pocket with hosting and everything FOR FREE. Member above is butthurt he wasn't paid for the website despite knowing he was only going to get donations for it.
