Absolutely. It's what I mentioned above. We've been approached already by all of the major exchanges to conduct an IEO. Unfortunately, given the nature of our sale (registered w/SEC), we have restrictions around initial liquidity of our token. It also gives us a time to have to coin launch when the final platform is getting ready to launch. Instead of having a year of speculative trading while the final platform develops. Having the platform FULLY functional is one of the key legal difference between utility and security token.  Right now our token would be considered a security, when it launches formally, a utility.

Agreed. IEO's are the recent trend. However, I believe the merits of a project will speak for themselves in any environment. AhrvoDEEX is the first ICO project that is leveraging blockchain and public equity markets without the use of tokenization.

At least with the notification the IEO will make investors glance at this project rather than ICO in my opinion it is less attractive, but the team must also partner with several large companies so that investors glance at it.

It is true that ieo is very hot, but it does not mean it will attract investment money easily. According to what is currently happening, the call for capital from the IEO is favorable when cooperating with exchanges: binance, houbi, ... The tentative end date for the ICO is August 31st. That may be pushed back a month or so as we plan on pushing back the start of the sale. We plan on having an IEO once our coin list. As a result, it will serve as a fundraising and liquidity event. Since our ICO is registered with the SEC under Reg D 506(c), there is a period of time we have to wait until we list our coin, as there are restrictions around tokens changing hands.
