Filtering data doesn't violate any patents.
Companies from stock market simply still are not interested in cryptocurrency market. But sure, some of them are thinking to move to crypto market.

I guess thay have check this before introducing them on Algory otherwise they have to develop their tools or pay royalties

Even if they create their own tools, if they violate a patent they'd be liable for royaltyies, a fine or have to take then down. Just look at the fights between Samsung and Apple for example.

Could be Algory have already taken license fees into account in the amount of money they want to raise.

Good, giving dates is silly in crypto (that's part of why I love ARK for example, their tasks on the roadmap just show percentage and not dates)

I don't think so. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Algory is about collecting and analyzing different kinds of information.

If they are doing automatic trading functions using our api keys i don't see any reason why they wouldn't implement the portfolio management while doing that.
