They have not provided information about their project for a long time, maybe this project is a scam and no longer hopes to sell tokens obtained from bounties or when buying when they launch tokensales

Honestly i don't think you are far from the truth, i mean even their telegram group chat has been slowly abandoned by the admins, before they where some what active and respond to the many questions from members but now most questions are left unanswered for days and to crown it all there are lots of spam post and no admin to remove them, didn't expect to see this happen, i thought they had things going well, i guess you never know with some of this so-called projects.
