As far as I know APIS doesn't have a referral program, it is not entirely appropriate here.

Why should I use APIS, if you i use the masternode? 
In order to use the masternode you must to have at least 1000 DASH on your account, APIS was invented specifically to be able to use the masternode but with less investment.
