What is APOLLON?

Alan Lau – CEO
Alan Lau has more than 36 years of experience in technology sales, marketing, management, and investment. Lau graduated from Imperial College London with a degree in Computer Science. After college he worked at IBM Labs in the UK where he specialized in CICS/SNA research and development. In 1985 he started his career in China by joining Digital Equipment Corp's Beijing Office. In 1990 China Hewlett-Packard (HP) appointed him as Director of Sales. In the next three years, Lau won many significant computer projects in China, including the world's first Unix online trading system for the Shanghai Stock Exchange which made HP a famous brand there. With this great success, Lau was awarded the HP "President Club" award in 1993. Two years later he started his investment journey and successfully founded several well-known companies, such as Informatics China, MTI, and Asia Online China Ltd. In 1997 Alan acquired a software company which merged with North 22 Group and was listed in Singapore in 2000. Currently, Alan’s investments include N22 Technology Inc, JPush, ACS, and more in the fields of IoT, push messaging, artificial intelligence, post-quantum encryption, and online games. JPush is at an actionable stage for an IPO listing in America. Lau is the founding member and Vice President of the Shanghai Computer Society, Fellow Member of the British Institute of Analysts and Programmers (FMIAP), Member of the British Computer Society (MBCS), and a member of Mensa International.
Takuya Hashiyada – Chief Security Officer
Takuya Hashiyada is a well-known figure in the international cryptocurrency scene. Harris Tim Ng – CFO
After attending university in Canada Harris Tim Ng then worked for PWC in their Vancouver office for three years earning his Canadian Chartered Accountant status. During his third year with PWC, he trained to be an IT consultant prior to heading back to Hong Kong. He spent over 10 years in IT, working as CFO, Sales Director for Greater China, and Joint Venture General Manager. He worked for Honeywell Computer, DEC, and Unisys Mainframe. Harris moved directly from IT into investment banking and was in private equity for a number of years before becoming a business consultant. His focus areas as a consultant are: Healthcare and Medical as well as chronic diseases & cancer treatment; eCommerce B2B & B2C, particularly in the retailing space; sustainability and sustainability innovation; telecommunication, media and technology; and blockchain technology deployment. He lived in Singapore for two years and spent many years as a traveling executive in Taipei, Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. He also attended the Insead University’s International Management program on their Paris campus. Harris has experience and expertise in structuring complicated M&A deals and providing necessary client advice for major expansions. He has a proven record for debt restructuring, fundraising, and PE fund management over US$350 million. He also started a successful medical HMO business that now has over 500,000 outpatient members. For his personal and social contributions, he was one of the founding committee members of the Hong Kong Canadian International School (CDNIS) for more than 12 years.
