As far as I understand from all the messages on the box, now they are handing out all the tokens, including bounties up to the 5th number. After the remaining freeze until the 2nd phase of sales. Also in the messages, it was said that the token will be on hitbtc on December 5, I will not say anything about the delta, I do not use it.
