The responsibility of the organizers for conducting such an ICO will depend on the type of the proposed token. At a minimum, it can be accurately said that the competent state bodies will force organizers to stop their ICO campaign...

ALSO:
Very substantial monetary penalties may be imposed (for example, a fine in Singapore for conducting an ICO that falls under securities legislation without registration is about $ 250,000)!

They combined many platforms into one and it does sound promising, but i don't really understand why are they using their own token while there are so many of them to choose from.

Would you use a token of your own for a project of this scale? i think they would also need some cash to start the development
