Communicating with the users, supporters, investors in a social platform like Telegram or discord will really help every person solve their queries and they can start investing also additionally it builds trust for every individual for active communication.

Oo really? It's strange maybe the team will answer whether they intend to open a telegram channel or not? Also try to write a PM. I agree with you that now every project should have a channel on telegram. Small but nevertheless a disadvantage of this project

it can be seem like a good strategy to shorten the ICO time but in my opinion the best strategy is to give investors more time to search about the project and let them interact more with it.

I think their would be some major taken by the project for this special cases of the identification as they will face many such problems in the future and they would have already created some method to overlap it. Yes, this technology of Biometrics will reduce many scams and fraud as it will give very high security for the identification which will avoid scammer to get into any system and manipulate it in any way.

Yes, compared to other projects that have many months to run their ico, biometrids will only run ico for 1 month. Can devs sure that in one month the hard cap will reach? Or they need to extend it?

This depends on the team because if they get only few sale then there is a possibility that they will extend their sale. We still don't know the outcome of the sale until the end date.
