We did not set a minimum, as our private investors will also come through in the October, they - we are awaiting FINMA approval based on a KPMG audit.
This will be the 1st ICO with a Swiss Prospectus, expected early next week.
The project has 3 phases, dependent upon how which raise will drive the speed of development, 1st the pricing system (push the beta into commercial), 2nd the drug forecasting platform (beta to production, and then commercial) and finally the 3rd decentralised trading platform - this will be a significant phase of the project to provide trading signals for traders and investors around the world.

We already have beta a version of the pricing system, we don't need to convince pharma companies to use the system, they need the system due to the changing complexity of government price reporting, US and EU which is mandatory. The target base for user's is Swiss based Biotech (in Zug-Zurich) & US based (Boston-Bay). Hope this helps?

Also have been watching the ICO space for a while and saw only this one which targets Pharma & Biotech. As I see it this project was not promoted earlier wondering why?

Btw, we do not work for large pharma, lets make this clear...
We only work for small starts up Biotech's, Orphan Diseases, and Oncology (chimeric immunoreceptors, T cell receptors, artificial T cell receptors or CAR-T)
This is a specialist area, but incredibly risky and volatile, we try and avoid big pharma.
These small Biotechs ($100m - $5Bn, this is small in pharma world), they will benefit from our specialist solutions - it will allow them to secure funding to develop life saving molecules - they are not thinking about Porches or Yachts, ONLY PATIENTS!
This is detailed in the white paper, thank you for questions and support.
