Actually, the dev himself is a fool and wanna scam ppl with his little head.
I assumed a transaction was needed to create a contract. The fact that coins are being given away doesn't mean it isn't a scam. I've been scammed too many times in the crypto world, I'm a slow learner but I starting to learn.
