The other revolutionary feature is a linking of the cash account balance to a debit card issued by BitEsprit, meaning that active users of the platform can trade crypto currencies and when the balance is put into their fiat account of choice, it will be instantly available on their debit card. Another new innovation being launched is the ability to copy successful traders on the platform. The top traders will be listed by their trading name and performance statistics, and users will have the ability to allocate a portion of their portfolio to “follow” the trader, thereby doing the trades the successful trader does, at a scale chosen by the user.

Fiat based pair trading is really needed for altcoins and I'm glad to see a company like this emerge and make that a possibility. I hate spending my BTC for alts and would prefer the hassle of by passing buying btc somewhere else then transferring them.

I think BitEsprit could become one of the best exchanges around.
I really like the idea of the bank level security which will be achieved through the ISO 27001 and PCI DSS standards.
Which is also quite is that they will list new cryptocoins after the ICO for a zero fee.

As described in the White Paper, BitEsprit sound to be the allrounder when it comes in term to exchanges.
You can trade a wide variety of altcoins against fiat. I don't even know one exchange, where this is possible.
And additonaly it's possible to follow other cryptotrades and make exactly the same trades.
BitEsprit is fully combatible to the ISO 27001 and PCI DSS standards, so there is a lot of security for the non-tec people out there.

Although there are a lot of other trading platforms which are already functional. But fewer platform which are offering copy trading features. It is important to have professional traders on the platform which could inspire the community by their trading results. In this way BitEsprit platform will get more popularity and scalability. As for the fiat trading pairs, are you in touch with regulators and will you be granted the necessary licenses? I can imagine it is quite tough to get all the paper work done these days when regulators are quite strict.
