Agree, that is really weird. Two big growing markets, especially India as part of Emergins markets economies. The economies of China and India are considered to be the largest emerging markets. India is like second ranked country by GDR in 2018.

it looks like LAtoken is one of the first exchangers to list PLAT, and it becomes good news after all this time PLAT hasn't entered an exchanger, we are waiting for them to enter the top exchanger

Latoken is also a good exchange, this is probably a good start for PLAT. The ICO ends a long time and this is the time when people want to see positive signs.
