Did you see that earlier this month Blockshipping was included in Unblock.com's Best ICOs in 2018 list? Read what they have to say in the article.

The article is a very impressive one. And what it said  about  this great project is quite true , for sure Blockshipping project is indeed a project to watch in this 2018, because the project is very outstanding one !!

Yes, projects seem to be very interesting but people don't have much concentration on this project. If the company is really working most of the people won't bother with those companies. Really block shipping is a very good company for investing.

So a practical use-case is, e.g., Maersk needs five containers in Rotterdam, but they only have three available there. So they need to ship the other two empties from, e.g., Bremerhaven to Rotterdam to proceed with the shipment. Meanwhile, MSC has two empty containers lying around in Rotterdam doing nothing. This two containers usually could be used by Maersk, but it's not done in practice today. This problem of empty repositioning is just one problem which Blockshipping addresses.

That's why having Bockshipping around is very beneficial to the entire logistics industry because this can truly help players in the shipping industry save a lot of money. The fact that Blockshipping will try to make it possible for companies to utilize containers that are not being used & just being kept in the storage just like what you stated in your statement is already a big deal, this can definitely make shipping cost-effective and so much faster and this can also help the entire logistic industry monitor their containers in a very timely & organized manner making sure that all shipments that will happen in the Blockshipping ecosystem is safe and secure.

Exactly. While the Greybox concept is not new, the time is ripe for such to be utilized, and the GSCP gives a realistic avenue for implementation, along with other benefits such as the Street turn/Triangulation opportunity. With how much money is wasted along with the current environmental impact, the system is ready for the solution that Blockshipping will provide.

Couldn't have said it better mate, you're definitely right about that, the opportunities that could open once Blockshipping starts operating is limitless, there is so much benefits that Blockshipping could really do like the benefits that you've mentioned, these opportunities could pave the way for a much secure transactions and a much better care for shipping containers. Definitely I just couldn't believe that the current system is that flawed imagine that much of money is being wasted yearly, that's a really huge loss and that's the reason why every single year the cost for shipping is getting more expensive and the CO2 being emitted every year is also drastically rising that's why implementing Blockshipping is a must now.

The Global Shared Container Platform (GSCP) by Blockshipping is under development to optimise the use of the vast global shipping container fleet. The creation of a global registry in itself will lead to massive savings for the shipping industry as well as significant reductions in CO2 emissions through the more efficient use of the containers. However, to fully realise the potential of the GSCP platform, improved and close to real time location data feeds for containers on the move are needed.
