Most likely to maintain the necessary level of decentralization.

Decetralizations is being provided by Super and Mini Nodes based on Graphene blockchain.

It seems to me that it's quite easy to implement by doing a buy-back or swap of tokens.

I'm not sure that it would be easy. At least it strongly depends on the status of the token, if it is something like a stock, then the procedure becomes more complicated.

All projects avoid the fact that their token is regarded as a share, legally they are not shares therefore there should not be problems.
