These devs focus on doing their job, not just making pretty announcements. So yes, they don't need to draw a 3 years plan. You'll see, this exchnage will be everywhere soon!
how can you be so sure about that?
if they are right they will have their own blockchain technology, I'm sure it will not get them anywhere soon because it requires how many tests .

Many projects claim that they need to create their own blockchain. I just don't get it. Hope that bwex wouldn't need it any time soon. Why making new forks anyway.
because they think their blockchain has something better than others
but to have your own blockchain it takes a long process , for now use with etherum smart contract its a good choice
