Got mine yesterday as usually every Monday.hmm.. we wanted to withdraw some BTC from our account this morning and the app keeps freezing. exit scam?

With those numbers, is everyone having no problem or issues at all as this thread is not getting any feedback from those users? Would be nice if we will see some feedback here on this thread, good or bad, doesn't matter as long as we know there are real active users of this wallet.
I'm watching for their telegram channel about two weeks and it is very active. Yeah, I’ve seen a few people had trouble with deposits (may be just slow transactions) or with slow running the app, but there is very little amount. All of them was sent to [email protected] or [email protected]I am using Celsius for a bit more than 4 months now and so far I am convinced. They have a real product, payments are on time and they created an environment that allows their native token to thrive.
Yes, CEL would tank if a major problem surfaces and yes you don’t own your private keys. But I would only count the latter as a disadvantage.
I made multiple deposits in different currencies and also multiple withdrawals and never had any issue.
CEL gained nicely in value, can’t complain.

but considering the number of users for this app, are all happy with their service? but yeah, it is better to try their app to check it for myself. and since it is crypto wallet, better not to put handful of money because you have no idea how long they will survive in the market. this is actually the predicament of most wallet users, there's always the possibility that the wallet will go offline anytime and not come back. most crypto wallet apps have very short lifespan, so i think that is one big consideration when someone is installing a crypto wallet.

I don't need a new version of the app, I need the desktop version 
Why do you need desktop app? The mobile application work pretty well for me. Except that I don’t have certain functions.Ia already have lots of apps for banks and other stuff, I prefer to visit Celsius once a week on desktop to follow my progress than have an app to use once a week!
And I avoid transferring crypto from wallets to Celsius or vice versa using my phone, I feel safer doing that on computer and can't without a desktop version.
