Probably you didn't read the announcement. KYC1 feature is available now for the public, so to use the top-up feature you should pass KYC0 and KYC1 )
Try to reinstall the app and reboot device then you will see updates)

So i took eth out that was remaining on my app balance but its also used some of the eth which had already left my balance for crpt withdrawal. How is that even possible.... Now there isnt enough eth for crpt withdrawal thats stuck. Please Love this transaction has went on far too long and now with there being not enough eth to gas it l. Its just problem after problem so is there no way of just cancelling this withdrawal?
I wrote this on telegram and they are dealing with my inquiry what a life you must have copy and pasting other peoples comments and posting them on here.

Yes Bitcoin drops again and many tokens drops. It is realy very hard to be token holder becouse the prices drops and you lose the money. Hope the situation willl change in future.
