You should check here more if you have so many tokens on gleam.
Open the webapp of datum or app on mobile with the same mail you used for gleam, you will see them on there.

I had the same situation, learned from the administrators that they see mail Twitter and you need to log in to their application to this email, your token will be visible immediately in the app

So what realistically can the DAT coin be worth?
Currently there are 12 cryptos that have a market cap of $5 Billion,according to coinmarketcap.com.

This is true what you say but there is something you missed.
When you look at linear logarithmic Bitcoin price chart https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.26481364 you will see that when BTC price was 20000$ this market was 900% oversold.
So now we will see correction and that can eat up half or more of the actual market cap. I hope not but history repeats itself and that is coming right now.
I don't think something that deep can occur without reason.
If something happens about udst it can be big but unless usdt don't turn to be a scam, it is not that possible.

Today i think i sold my data first time.
I give consent to datum for sending me a mail up to 100 dat. And i received a mail about an ico. I earned 10 dat for it.

They are asking consent to get an email for dat. If you join it, you are getting some paid emails and getting dats for receiving them.
In occasion of bots - have bothered to spam.
