Developeo is a starting point for blockchain, and targets to change the open -source of the ecosystem that helps to start a token-based reward system. Engineer’s responsibility is to deliver the quality of code, Developeo helps supporters by donating tokens which convert to fiat currency and this happens only on the exchange of the cryptocurrencies. Before delivering the code it is inspected by the group of project managers and these entire takes place before the payments are distributed to the developer’s wallets.
Developeo should be created on the Ethereumblockchain; The Engineers are honoured for developing the software code via smart contracts by providing DEVX tokens. Though they are lots of engineers helped to build the software system and most of the engineers are not paid. To make open source system healthy we assume to have engineers to be treated equally. Developeo aims to handle every engineer who ever contributed to the open-source software helps to developed in a better way and receive their expected returns.

With Industrial Revolution raising its head again for the fourth time, it is about time that we get down to the basics so as to solve problems that relate to the 4th Biggest Industrial Revolution.

While the other industrial revolutions had their effects, the same can be said about this revolution that revolves around OpenSource and Commercial Software Development. Upgrading our skill sets is generally the solution to moving forward but one question that arises here is how would Developeo solve or rather secure and build a shield around the developers? Is there any possibility for stalling this revolution? If no then why and if yes then how?

We will ask for the opinions of the community to finalize the format that happens to be most beneficial to everyone. Of course we have many ideas, but when the time comes, the community and the project team will decide on the details with an open-source mindset.

Do not get me wrong, certification process will not be a piece of cake and we do not want people memorizing the exam questions. After all we want people to learn about these high-end topics and become subject matter experts.

I am intrigued about this project and noticed that there is already a big following online. So there might be something unique that I need to know about this. Will be on the lookout for future updates.

I've spent 45 minutes trying to figure out exactly what Developeo does. I've looked at this thread, the whitepaper, and the website. I see a lot of buzz words, problems, and a lot about the 4th industrial revolution, but I don't see anything about the actual details of the project. I would like a concise description of the purpose of this project and how it is supposed to solve these problems.
