Usually ICO's that I met doesnt needed minumum to invest, but I'm agree 50$ it's not such big money.

Well, as I understood, the soft cap from the company in US dollars and therefore it will be much more difficult to collect the required amount when the market falls, although perhaps I am wrong.

This is a very good question, as with such a fall it will not be so easy to collect a soft cap in dollars, because investors will need to give much more cryptocurrency.

That's exact why I ask about it, I saw a lot of failed ICO's when it was last dump of market.

The market situation is extremely unstable. Someone is waiting for growth, someone believes that the fall will continue ... No one knows the true state of affairs ... just no one can tell you whether the market will affect the project or not.

Well, everything is simple. If the investor feels the prospect, then he supports this project and if not, then not. Personally, I'm going to buy tokens for myself.
