Yay, I liked it! I also liked the Skart bikes, however their design with wide battery lacks comfort for my opinion
Why? Look at any biker, they sit with knees quite wide.
I have a question regarding that possibility: if you place a cam on a bike steering fork, it will be quite shaky, the suspension is less efficient and camera moves with steering. How System Eye will cope with that? Will it, even?

Well, the image stabilization is not a new thing and it will be present in the System 'Eye' both in physical form (moving suspended aspherical lens, as with some smartphones or GoPro Hero older than version 5, it is usually already embedded within the camera block), and in code (adding an open-source video image stabilization is a no-brainer).
As for moving the camera sideways when turning the bike, that is even better for System 'Eye' as it literally widens the view field, so the device can collect and process more data than during simple forward move.

It is quite comfortable, the battery frame is not wider than any chopper's fuel tank

I like the idea as many countries implements their own eagle eyes, but you do it with completely different way but I don't know how would you use the collected data?
It's all in the whitepaper
In short,1. AI trained on data will be able to analyze risks on the road and take measures or advise the driver to take any measures BEFORE any accident happens. The projected level of AI offers warning the driver to keep distance from a car which is driven by a distracted driver, for example.
2. In case of an accident it is able to collect and analyze data to reconstruct it, if several devices make shots from different prospectives, the amount of collected data will be enough to analyze the cause of an accident.
3. Analysis and storage of driver-related data also offers insurance companies to vary their prices for drivers with different habits. Cautious drivers will pay less for their insurance, while street racers (for example) will pay WAY more. Some companies are already interested in this.
4. Anonymized data may be sold for analysis of traffic, road condition, etc.

The Whitelist and KYC cabinets will be launched soon, prior to the start of public pre-sale. You can subscribe for the news on our website https://discoperi.com/ to get a notification regarding the launch.
Why do you have whitelist? You have minimum buy and kyc, whts the point in whitelist?
Whitelisting is a kind of KYC we do. You need to go through whitelisting process and provide us with all the documents required by law so we can accept your investment. If you don't do that, we will simply escrow the funds until you do so, or return them back to you.
