yes, I think that it is exactly what it means, and not only the people who invested during the tokensale, there is a lot of people who are waiting that Egold launch their platform to use it

yes, if I'm not wrong they reach their softcap during the tokensale and it finished the tokensale of Egold near to reach their hardcap too
