it is true if the project is valid, however, has a chance of success even with these market conditions but perhaps the team should change strategy at least at the level of communication and visibility, which are in my opinion two of the main conditions for success, keep high interest of interested users and let the project know at as many people as possible...

Plus, you have to keep in mind that the team have regular jobs as well. All the medical doctors are probably not involved full time so you have to keep this in mind when you criticize them.

Its true that doctors in particular are usually fully devoted and concentrated to their jobs, but there should be people in eHealth team that focus on keeping community informed and they dont have to be doctors.

March with the mvp and everything is going to be a chance for a comeback if everything is going smoothly, otherwise i really don't see anything good coming out of this project, based on what we have seen so far.

The roadmap is long but it depends on their capability to reach some milestones. I hope they have planned for this kind of market in advance.

We are now in a strange trialling market which doesnt seem to go up much. I hope this wont turn their team pessimistic and will wait for better conditions. Thy should just stick to their roadmap and see where it brings them.

they will , at least that's what it seems so far.
