Are you talking about old roadmap or the new one? Because as far as i remember, the ico will happen after mvp which was march 2019.

It will not be a dump for sure, cause the project has a long term vision and is currently in raising fund phase. So it’s possible that the price stay stable, there will be not so much holder, and I think visibility will come with sucessfull milestones.

After so much design time and yet there are complaints about the size of the Whitepaper. LOL the guys tried to be technical enough not to have to answer many questions later, but apparently it did not help much 
They have a lot of information on the website and some short explanatory videos on youtube, this I think is enough to get an idea about the project.
