You are correct. But ICO has many stages (rounds).
The team can run ICO after MVP, but it doesn't mean that MVP will come out earlier. It means that ICO will start later

As i've said before, the team is now working on a new marketing plan, so i hope that Bitcointalk will be a big and important part of this plan.I think many people are quite eager to see progresses due to the team experience and plan. But this is going to happen ( if everything goes well) at regular step over the next year.

According to their roadmap, ICO round 1 starts in November, in a month. At that time, we will see who is who in this project.

I was expecting the mvp to come earlier, but at least now there is a date set when will be released. Please keep up the updates about it so that we know periodically what is the status and what the mvp will acrually show.

I was expecting the mvp to come earlier, but at least now there is a date set when will be released. Please keep up the updates about it so that we know periodically what is the status and what the mvp will acrually show.

October is already here, what's now with the pre-ICO stage 2? It still says on the website "TBD"...An update regarding the dates would be very good indeed.
Maybe there will be some delays for the pre ico stage 2. It says September at the site but now we are already on the first week of October.
It seems there is a delay yes and it wouldn't be a big problem. But they are not making any statement about is a problem for me.
Yes, many projects have postponed their ICO which is quite understandable with the current market but an open and transparent communication about any delay is crucial in order to maintain trust of the community.
They should at least announce it. It starts - you announce it, it gets postponed - you announce it again. Don't like when teams can't even do that.
I've been following this project for quite some time, but i'm losing faith in it.
