Completely new to this mining/crypto thing but I guess I was lucky to get it working right away after blockchain launch. My computer is 5 years old and not very powerful, but I was able to mine a bit over 1000 coins in first 3 hours. It seems difficulty is catching up, now I have mined less than 20 coins in last 4 hours

how many ETN do you get now if you mine for lets say 1 hour?
So ive made about 280 coins every 20mins using hashparty.io.
Now 3hours later, ive got another 190. If thats just due to difficulty then wow.
Difficulty since then "only" doubled.
Calculated earnings went down from about 19k/day to 4.9k/day with my rig.
ok so minning from your CPU isnt profitable anymore?

any wallet? any software? cant find nothing but mining at 150h/s and got 8 shares now
8 shares mean i found 8 block ? 8 blocks with 8000 etn for me?

You can calculate what you will mine like this for Cryptonight:
YourHashRate/Difficulty = % share
So: 150/530242335 = 0.00000028288 or 0.000028%
You get 0.224 ETN of every block mined.

is there anyone using claymore for mining ETN? i got an error message "wrong wallet addres". i just copy paste the lines from electroneum site and place my wallet address without the spaces. any help will be appreciated. thank you.

For those exchanges that have not listed Ethernex, they will assign symbol ETN to Electroneum.

Download the wallet from https://github.com/electroneum/electroneum/releases
Run the daemon "electroneumd.exe" and let it sync
In a admin command prompt run the CLI with the following arguments "electroneum-wallet-cli --generate-from-keys WALLET" where WALLET is the file name of the wallet you are about to create.
Follow the prompts and enter the keys from your paper wallet as asked.
When complete it will sync with the daemon and show your balance.
To update the balance type "refresh".
To view it in the future run the daemon and then the CLI (you can just double click the file now with no arguments), it will prompt you to enter the wallet name (e.g. WALLET) and password then load your wallet, again type "refresh" to update or "help" for more commands.
Monero CLI wallet tutorials will apply for any further functianality you might need.

I manged to follow it without any problems and i can see my wallet balance.
Can you explain to me why they say that if you run the full node client you will receive more coins than the pool.
How does that work?

Closest thing I could find https://blockexplorer.electroneum.com/
I am still trying to figure out a way to find out how many coins I have in my offline wallet without having to use something like command prompt.
Use the mining pool http://pool.electroneum.space
you can see all the electroneum that is sent to you on the bottom of the page while you mine.
The other pool is overloaded and should be showing you info but its not. Also they are taking a bigger share of the coins.
Any real benefit to using a particular port?

Is it listed on any exchange ? Haven't been able to find it. Seems like most posts in here are about mining not people that invested in it like myself.

I got 4000 ETN on the github wallet address, I verified with the private view in the transaction, but the wallet doesn't show them. Why ?

What is problem with web wallet why every time I have to set up my pin code and put recovery email again and again this is terrible. When this bug will be get fixed today I repeated this method 3 times. This make me feel insecure in current situation.
