Will the phone app allow for trading ETH or BTC or will we even be allowed to associate a bank account and transfer money from November onwards?

I don't know why people are showing lot of negativity about the project but it is attracting many investors where it is creating lot of trust towards developing a mobile app for mining coins.
Amen to that brother! We are talking about Mining on the mob, never been done. And there are litterally billions of mobil phones around the world. So this is differnetl.
Short term i do not think there will be much too this. But longer term as things get added, and they develop things extensively, and iron out problems, this could really be something SPECIAL. That is just my guess. ANyting can happen, and should always invest with money you can afford to lose.
But you are right, what you want is a good marketing team around this sort of ICO, and boy, that would be an undrestatment here. Its all over fb, twitter, email, etc.
I am excited to see where this goes in 3-4 months.

Nobody knows it. It can be x10; x100; x0... But the project is so good and my expectations are high.

I'm new to this so pls correct me if I'm wrong.. if electroneum hits 300k users (almost there) and there's an estimated 3 million total active crypto users worldwide isn't that around 1/10th of all the total crypto user base? And if so isn't that insane for a coin that hasn't even been realeased! I must be off here? That can't be right..... can it?

The devs had a vote and the 40 million hard cap will most likely be implemented.
The 40 million hard cap was just the amount raised if we sold out the first week. Since then the 40 million was refered to as the Hard Cap.
An offical statement will be put out tomorrow. It will say that there will be a 40 million hard cap.

A hard cap is defined as the maximum amount a crowdsale will receive. Most projects set a very high cap that is unlikely to happen.
I am not sure what to make of that, perhaps they new with their marketing efforts that are going extremely viral, they were going to expect this sort of VIRAL reation in the first place.
I have heard whispers they did learn from another successful ICO marketing team of the tactics to use to ensure maximum exposure during token sales.
It sure it creating lots of talk, and good and bad talk, and I think that is probably what they wanted. Meaning Electroneum, in terms of BAD press, as DONALD TRUMP says, bad press is still press, you cannot even pay for. Its still ok.
The troll in here is still trying to ruin things, when all people want in here are answers about Electroneum.
