How are people dumping if they can't get access to their tokens? I guess I haven't been following it enough. SEems like a difficult launch. HOpe it works out for all.

I think that at this point devs should be able to release a date for the wallets to be unlocked.

I began mining a few days ago.
Is it safe to assume that I won't recieve any etn to my wallet at this time despite my pool having paid out?

Generate a paper wallet and use the cli to access it.
Don't mine at the official pools, you won't get any coins but use etn.uax.io instead.
I have beenn mining on the oficial pool for quite some time and got all my payments.
On another topic, does anyone knows the estimate time for the website to get back online. Also has anyone been mining with the app? Is it working already? I started mining with gpu on my pc and totally forgot about the mobile miner.

If I would run an ICO like this at least say you are not bringing news for an x amount of days. Just say there are some technical issues or security flaws that need to be addressed and say we'll come with new information in two weeks or so.

It's been 11 disappointing days for all investors and this could not go on for months this has to be the biggest fail launch in the history of ico. a big suit is definitely going to come if they still cannot fix it within a month, all they can say is they are almost finish looks like they cannot fix it in time and they have to hire top notch programmers,electroneum is one of ICO with huge participant hope you will not disappoint us, looking forward

This is what I think:
The ICO generated 4 billion coins, on the exchange I only see millions of coins trading, those that are mined.
At this moment the coin is worth 450 satoshi or about 3 dollarcents.
They will probably wait until the value is under 100 satoshi or so to avoid people selling the coins they got for 1 dollarcent each (or 0.5 dollarcent in the beginning) and rendering the coin worhtless.
This is extra support for my opinion: if you have over 40 million dollars and tens of people on the payroll it doesn't take that long to fix this thing.
I suggest to hold on to the coins you have in the inaccessable wallets and wait (hope) for their plan to succeed to generate massive adoption.

It is good they realized in time that issue with security and used best available option to cut off everything to protect the funds and data as well. What could be more viable solution instead of taking the platform including website off ? Safety and security should be top priority and this is what Electroneum team is doing.
