Reflection on the value growth of the ELES token
A small part of the crowd sale funds will go to the development of the platform, while the majority will be distributed to building the real estate portfolio. With the increase of real estate over a period of time, more and more properties will become available for rent and sale. With every transaction, a certain amount of tokens will be locked for a certain period of time and taken out of circulation. This will have a positive effect on the token value.

Will eles token be used in some other platforms or have some other kind of usage ?

We don't have any plans for the use of the ELES token on different platforms at the moment.

At this moment majority of this meetings is oriented into getting new private contributors. But besides this, this meetings usually give birth also to additional ideas and possibilities. And some of them might also come to life in the near future.

As you know, the past few weeks the Elements Estates team attended numerous summits, events, private meetings and family offices in Malta, London and Dubai to talk with prospective (private) contributors. These meetings and events were not attended without a reason. The team worked hard on talking and meeting as many (private) contributors as possible to increase the private sale growth even further and we received a tremendous amount of positive feedback.
 
Now at this moment, there are several follow-up meeting scheduled to be attended. The Elements Estates team needs all the time it can get to acquire the most profitable outcome of all these meetings with the private contributors and family offices.

The Elements Estates team will look at each property individually. As with every investment, the most important factor when measuring the investment potential is the entering price. The difference between entry and exit price is the sweet part of distressed deals and will enable the Elements Estates team to extract the hidden value from the underlying real estate assets, building a sound and stable base for the token value.

Essentially as the value of the real estate portfolio increases in value, the Fund can place its assets in more projects. At the end this means more units for sale or rent which will yield a higher demand for ELES tokens and result in significant increase of the value of each token.
