You are soo right look at Microsoft, apple,... everything needs some time and with the right time in the market and a new approach supported by technology you are golden in a couple of years. You think you will have to wait a couple of years for the platform to be adopted by massive public and in the real estate sector of do you think it will be famous faster because all of the crypto market fast changing and evolving ?

When I saw in the whitepaper and the website that ELES is an ERC20 standard token (so yeah MEW). ..

network. By using the ERC20 standard, users will be able to see all transactions, which have

I didn't see any of the Real Estate project on blockchain doing well on the market. Once token is released on exchange it dumped. How this project is different from others? What business model do you use and how investors are going to profit from your tokens?


-A platform serving as an interaction hub between the ELES token holders and the Fund, created for purchasing tourism, commercial and residential properties in the SEE region. While the Fund will focus on identifying distressed assets, starting within the SEE region, which can be restructured as real estate projects, it will later either sell or rent properties.

-An Ecosystem reflecting the growth of the ELES token. While growing the value of real estate portfolio through active restructuring and development of real estate projects, purchased mainly through NPLs with good discounts on one side, and on the other side reducing supply of active tokens on the market through a lock-down mechanism, this ecosystem will give a positive and multiplicative effect on ELES token.

I read about the fund in the whitepaper but can you please tell me a little bit more about this will this mainly be a saving fund ?

ICO company will transfer funds to foundation. This step we will add because of contributors security as this foundation will than act as perpetuum mobile. Portfolio will just grow. Foundation will than transfer funds to EU regulated fund. Reason for this is easier possibility of leverage. This scheme is also tax optimized so majority of profits generated through portfolio management will remain as gain in portfolio.
Wow this is going to be an inovative project. I like it that this project is ment to run on a long term and not the short kind. This is for sure a problematic that is needed for real estatate to improve because real estate market has been the same for a lot of years.

How will you take care of different laws of land registers in different countries, because they are different. For example Estonia (that has everything dgitalized, and well Slovenia that still has a lot of paperwork)?


The best we can do is to act local and to consider and respect all the law and land registries related specifics. There is no other way in the mid-term. But in the long term we believe that we will witness harmonization of the rules and land registries at least on the regional level, which will already be a huge step forward for projects us ours.

What is the first 3 reasons you want people to contribute in Elementsestates ?

First and the most important reason is because we are offering crypto currency that will be hedged for bear market and still have potential to grow so people will be able to have stable currency that won’t depreciate.
Other reason is diversification and therefore also better liquidity as there are so many different reasons to buy/sell ELES tokens as there are contributors. Liquidity is good for any project.
We want people to contribute to be able to build bigger RE portfolio, with this we will increase diversification and resistance to outside affect.
More people will express more individual needs, ideas, feedback. In the long term this is what we need to develop our ELES platform to be amongst best in the very competitive future RE market on blockchain.


my opinion is that good working ELES platform with partnerships and many users will bring adoption and high liquidity in 3-5 years EE will become #1 game changer in realestate industry!

What is EE project backup´ is there will come a real estate crysis?

Our buffer is distress purchase price in first line. So we have time to react. Every crisis takes some time to evolve to its maximum and reaches its full impact. Because of mentioned buffer we have time to detect it after it starts. In such scenario we would sell RE in the markets that could be impacted, very fast. We would be than able to invest in RE in areas that would start its growth cycle and prepare to enter again to the areas hit by the crisis, after they are at the bottom and RE prices reaches bottom, therefore providing again best potential.

so it's a win win situation!
