Real Estates and the Blockchain: The Next Investment Frontier

When you take a loan from a bank, the bank expects the loan to yield interest and be repaid under specific conditions. This is a performing loan. However, when the customer cannot fulfil the agreed repayment plan after 90 days or more, the bank now has to set aside capital on the assumption that the loan may not be repaid, drastically impacting its capacity to facilitate new loans. At this stage, the loan is now a Non-Performing Loan.

To remain profitable, banks must keep their NPLs at a bare minimum and in some cases, are prepared to sell high-collaterals to clean up NPLs and inject capital into their operations. Herein lies the opportunity that sets Elements Estates apart from all other “real-estate-on-the-blockchain” platforms.

I like it for this. Didi't the icobench had a score of 4.8 ? Neitherway.. Investment is good for long term especially for your children maybe. Because realestate is a sure market and crypto is a long term (technology implement) thing.  So this will work great together.

How will we be able to monitor the investments of the real estate fund in separate phases?
Well, we have a classical infrastructure and profile of people behind. What we do is we first analyze potential real estate projects, we make thorough due diligence (static, dynamic with cash flows, risk analysis, etc.), different scenarios weighted and investment decision. Later on it will be presented on Platform for voting. After decision and acquisition of project a skilled project manager takes over, a set-up of external partners and supervisors is done and a start of the monitoring process etc. Projects will constantly be monitored, timelines and costs re-checked. We will have 5 phases on projects and final date on finish of the projects, like you can already see in beta platform.

The project concept is great but my problem is with you limiting it the SEE markets,There are huge markets out there unexploited probably it is cost intensive to enter certain territories. I will be happy to see you guys expand to the other markets especially to help increase liquidity

We understand this point of view. Research has shown that limiting the scope gives a higher success rate for startups like ours. We have ambitious goals and one of it is expanding to other markets. Our first ambition is to make Elements Estates successful.....with and for the benefit of our community! Besides of that the founders mainnexpertise is within this region, which makes it easier early stage to attract great investment opportunities, bht we definitely not limit ourselves only to this region.

Reflection on the value growth of the ELES token
A small part of the crowd sale funds will go to the development of the platform, while the majority will be distributed to building the real estate portfolio. With the increase of real estate over a period of time, more and more properties will become available for rent and sale.
