The project obviously is very popular and have a good idea behind it and aims to resolve environmental problems behind Blockchain.
They emphase that they will move their containers to cheap green energy locations, this is where I think they haven't thought it trough.
The cheapest electricity is found in locations where government grip is week, this is why many mining operations chose to operate in safer countries which higher electricity cost like In EU because if they will move 100 000$ or more mining container to for example to most of African countries they will have to have heavy security and i doubt that it will make sense in this case.
Just seems weird that ICO with such huge raised capital have overlooked this factor.

I have read on many pages of this forum about ICOs that are considered scam, but any allegations of spam must be believed only when it can be proven. On the other hand, those who have obvious evidence, please provide this evidence to the moderators. Perhaps one of the conditions that would stop spam might be that every management staff member of any project that is being promoted must be identified to be accepted in the forum.

After that, they need me to prove that I am a accredited investor.
I did a research on Internet. It said I need to have 300k income in order to become the accredited investor.
Is that mean I cannot get any token?
PS: I just paid $1000 on it. Is it possible to get a refund if I am not able to be a accredited investor?

It's correct that if you're for instance a US citizen, the SEC requires you to be an accredited investor with a 300k income. There are probably similar regulations in other countries.
What I don't understand is that apparently Envion accepted your money without checking if you're an accredited investor in the first place. I hope you can get a refund.

And Yes, they took my payment first then they want me to provide the documentation for my ID and prove of the accredited investor. I hope I can get my money back too or just declined my payment.

I submited mine more than a week ago and I'm still waiting for approvation.

I submitted my KYC in the first day of the ICO, 27 days ago, and it still is on verification process.
The token will be listed on exchanges and we can't trade because the KYC is not approved yet.

It's not very positive about ENVION & hopefullly the team counterreacts swiftly, otherwise many FUDers will use this article to spread more FUD...
There is nothing to expect, people have been asking those questions since the beginning. As the anonymous correspondent writes, we should be more nervous about the fallout.

I must admit, Envion is truly revolutionary! There is nothing out there in the crypto space like it! I couldn't believe it until I read the whitepaper, absolutely incredible!!! The ICO price is way way undervalued. Great team behind the project... I couldn't ask for more!! Happy to join this great community.

Its a good thing that there are some good trustworthy projects going on and where investors are standing with the team and supporting it. Would want to know about the dividends and details regarding holding the tokens for longer term.
Give at least 1 reason to name envion trustworthy. Anyone who owns some brains to make calculations of tech. details would consider it SCAM and nothing else. Another bad thing here is a team - they are nobody, do they really exist no one knows, possibly they exist just on the pictures and video of envion.
I think they may be busy in the background getting ready for launch as Jan 14th is almost here. Lots of work to do and no time to waste. At least that's what i'm hoping. Also hope they give us our missing tokens before listing. Not that I want to sell them, but for the income.
it's actually the core of the most ICO's. 90% of people understand it is a total scam but they don't care if the project will work and bring to life its roadmap stages, while everyone is aimed at earning the profit selling the tokens on exchanges when the public sale starts...

For the KYC process, if the status shows "Submitted" does it mean that it's verified?
