I invested on 2 Jan 18 and the transaction of ETH to EVN was successful - i still do not have any tokens .

This project looks too good in my opinion. As you can see they raised great amount of money. Lately this one becomes the most successful ETH based token. I suggest everybody around my circle to invest their ICO.

However, i heard some voices saying that the team had little to no experience with mining. For example, are they planning to have permanent staff at each Envion container to maintain and monitor the eqipment? How about safeguarding and protecting the equipment against theft, especially when thinking about less stable countries?
Does anyone know how they are planning to supervise and maintain the equipment? Is that already considered in the estimated revenue presented on the website?
How about higher temperatures in hot countries? As far as I know their system was only tested indoors in Switzerland.

I asked those same questions way back on some of the first pages. I don't think I have ever seen they have been addressed.
I think the team is experienced in mining, they already have one MMU up and running and another one under production. The team has a huge range of skills including in crypto space.
The containers will be remotely monitored with complex sensors etc. They have their own multi-level security, together with security already on site from the energy plant. They will also have insurance as well against theft, damage etc. Yes these costs are included in the revenue estimates.
They have specialist patented cooling equipment to deal with hot temperatures - at 15% cost of normal cooling costs, thus a big advantage.
They have thought of everything, if you read the white paper it is incredibly thorough.

Can someone elaborate on this: "EVN tokens are not offered to subscribers acting in their capacity as consumer. Token can only be acquired by entrepreneurs acting in exercise of his or its trade, business or profession. I hereby confirm by completing the online subscription form that I do not act in my capacity as consumer."

I don't think you need mining expertise as they have blockchain experts and software developers in their team along with good advisors. Im sure they will also have some support from the hardware suppliers as buying in bulk. The MMU's will be remotely monitored using advanced software, the temperatures are controlled by sensors. They have tested indoors and outdoors and the MMU's can even operate in warm countries. I dont think they will base their MMU's in unsafe areas and without security (I hope). They already struck a big energy deal with a US based energy firm. And they are currently in discussion with a large Civil Engineering firm to construct their MMU's close to sites. They reckon they can build over 200 MMU's at once.

Envion will be mining other cryptocurrencies, not their own token. As I understand it their own token won't be minable, it is more like a share in a company. After the ICO ends, no more will be produced and those owning the tokens will receive regular dividend payments on the mining profits.

The MMU's will likely have some backup power. Electricity can be stored for overnight use in rechargeable batteries and super capacitors.

I think the progress of the ICO of Envion is already very impressive. Over $40 USD raised in about two weeks is a huge number. Im really happy to be part of this great project. I do believe that 2018 will be the year of Envion. Cant wait for the EVN token to hit the exchange and see its performance. I think that there will be a huge demand for it as many countries with a lot of buying power are excluded from the ICO due to regulatory reasons.

They will be tradable. KYC is just for initial sale. After the ICO, anybody can buy tokens on exchanges without KYC.
I like container idea! Do you know where and when they are going to lists on at what exchanges? I want to sell part of coins at exchange and keep hold main part for future.
I think I read somewhere it will list on the HitBTC exchange initially. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
