On the 23rd of February at 23:00 GMT the Pre-ICO of Escape Token project was finished.

During the token presale we offered the 20% bonus to every purchase. All received funds was processed and the certain number of tokens were accrued. We have raised $224 044. We haven’t reached the Hard Cap of the project.

During the Pre-ICO we took part in the round-table conference that was hosted by RIA news agency in Moscow. Also, we presented our developments at the exhibition Virtuality 2018 in Paris and at the Cryptocurrency Conference Vienna 2018. Moreover, our support group answered all your questions on Facebook and VK as well as on Telegram both in English and Russian 24/7. We worked hard to help you to understand the project.

The sphere of cryptocurrency has become one of the most widely discussed in 2017. As a result, it has drawn attention of government authorities of many countries. The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) came up with new legal acts. Some of them were published at the time of the Pre-ICO. Now the recognition of the token as the utility token is possible only in the presence of an ecosystem where the token can be used for receiving goods or services after a purchase. We considered our token solely as the utility token and our product as useful and valuable on a market. We have enough funds and resources for the development of the aggregator.

That is why we have decided to postpone the ICO for 6-8 months. We will start the ICO after the launch of the aggregator. This will allow us to enter the US market.
If the new time frame of launching the project and entering an exchange do not satisfy you, we are ready to return all your investments.
It is possible only by a request from your email that was registered on the escapetoken.com. Funds will be returned only to the address from which we received them. The email for your requests: [email protected]

I am a supporter of long-term investments. And the quests do not seem like that to me.
So, you need to study the issue in more detail. Their popularity is growing every month, and a decline in this trend in the near future is not expected.
But it seems to me that in today's world, where people are striving for new technologies, quests will not be able to withstand competition.
At the same time, they allow people to become direct participants in events. Such now very few people can offer.
However, Escape still continues the course on virtualization, offering to combine the idea of quests with virtual reality.
And that's a great idea! Previously, quests were limited to a city or country, and thanks to this platform it will be possible to launch a quest, invented by Chileans, in Hungary.

Are these quests like missions that people have to accomplish and get some reward in return? Is this similar to this globally hyped game where you had to collect those animals with your mobile phone? I can't even recall the name right now.

Ordinary quests have a scenario where you have to escape from the room or house by solving some puzzles.

From the room or house in a virtual world or in the physical world? Or is both possible?

Escape game is conducted in the real world but can have a VR component in it, like you are in the virtual world but at the same time it requires some physical space.

Sorry if I am too dumb to understand but doesn't that go into the direction of augmented reality? Where you mix up the real world with the virtual world and at the same time participants need to solve problems within both worlds?

Yes, you are totally right! But we also will sell puzzles and ideas for normal quests in our marketplace.

I have heard somewhere, that such major companies like Fox or Disney are now using quests in their marketing strategies. Don't plan to collaborate with them in order to provide them the best quests for their advertising campaigns?

I think they first have to develop a product before they approach heavy weights like Fox and Disney Wink

In your technical documentation you paid special attention to the development of quests in the USA. Does this mean that you will primarily specialize in this market?
No, we represent ourselves, as world aggregator, which means, that the USA quest market is not the one we will prioritize on.

A marketplace with lots of quests is something that I could have dreamed of. I hope that the prices there will be acceptable? And will it be possible to get any discounts?
Yes, the tokens we are selling now, is used to get a bonus program, wich will reduce the cost of the game if you pay with tokens or just have them on your account. You can learn more about our bonus program from whitepaper on page 16: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RZ0Vwcr4GmKl9TnjE_kLEux-QMaoV8M8/view

So far we don't colloborate with them. But in the future there is no reasons not to do it.

Suppose that the quest for the marketplace was developed by people from Germany in their native language. Will you localize this quest into other languages? For example, into English or Russian?
The part of it will be translated on this language as demo version by the developers of the quest. The full quest will be translated later by the company which has bought it. It's the first variant. The second one, is when the developer will be presenting his quest on the market in different languages.

In the white paper, there is an interesting market analysis up to the end of 2017. But I would like to see how the market will develop in the coming years. Did Escape conduct such an analysis?

Have your company’s marketers already determined, who will be the target audience of the Escape project?

There is one from the project management that the quest market will develop, however, there are no arguments for this. It isn’t right when someone talks wild. That’s not the best way to advertise the project.
The arguments are detailed in the project’s white paper. The main reason why quests will gain popularity in the coming years – they are a game in reality. This is significantly different from the popular computer games. People want to participate in games themselves.
Virtual reality is already actively developing. Wouldn't that undermine the popularity of quests?
The Escape creators plan to use the same virtual reality in their quests. That will make these games even cooler. This will inevitably lead to the fact that their popularity will continue to grow.
Hmm, that's cool. But wouldn’t it affect somehow in the ultimate cost of such quests? High price can scare consumers away.

As it was said before, we can offer one high tech solution to several quest companies so the price of it will be lower. And for VR quest you are investing once in a VR equipment and then you can just buy several scenarious so there is no need to create new room with all decorations.

Still there will be people that want to participare in an ordinary quest, but the combination of an escape game and VR can be really beneficial for quest companies.
