As I understand it, do you already have an agreement to host your applications in AppStore and PlayMarket?
Google playstore allows adult app in certain jurisdiction only. In those jurisdiction user would be able to download the app direct from play store. for rest of the world, users have to download APK file from the website, and install it. As far Apple users are concerned, they have to use the web application only.
