The general situation on the market now helps to buy interesting coins at a low rate and hold them until next growth. Such a picture now shows almost all projects: short-term growth, then a gradual decline.

You are right that is just manipulation because of low liquidity and the current exchanges have very low volume for this token. I think under the ICOs price could be trap of big players who are filling their bags into that accumulation phase.

I think circular trading is happening in idex.... Why would someone sell at less than 0.02 usd.. this is for sure a trap to snatch face frm small investors...
